Bestdata Solutions was set up in 1997 by me, Gordon Mutch.  Its purpose is two-fold.

• Firstly, helping businesses to grow their profitability and develop their position in their chosen markets by improving and sharpening up their processes.  In these uncertain times, the focus includes helping to protect and strengthen businesses.

• The second purpose is to help individuals in the businesses to contribute their full potential in ways that satisfy themselves and benefit the businesses.

What we can do for you

If you decide to instal the Interneer software solution, we will be the project management "face" for everything Interneer as well as contributing our experience on installing or upgrading business processes.

Our task is see you up and running with the Interneer solution, reaping the tangible benefits we know can be delivered by the solution.  In the early stages, we can be as much "hands on" or "hands off" as you are comfortable with.

Steering through these uncertain times

In the current economic flux, key words guiding us in discussions and setting goals with clients are -

• Protect.  Helping businesses to protect themselves in these times is fundamental.

• Strengthen.  Actions that strengthen businesses often have an immediate impact that can be sensed. 

• Prepare.  Preparing to take advantage of the future.

• Pace.  Timing the delivery of benefits of process or other changes is crucial.  Some benefits may need to be delivered at a sprint pace, and others over a longer timescale.

Highlights of Bestdata's activities include -

• Setting up logistics and quality assurance processes for the production of a range of electronic switches.

• Straightforward analysis and design on small and large projects, usually through to implementation and going live.

• Twice managing financial departments.

• Facilitating a takeover, and drafting and presenting the business plan for the first year to the new owners.

• Specifying and setting up an internal consultancy unit within a large company.

• Project managing the transfer and enhancement of a system with an annual income exceeding £50M.

• Over the years, helping a sizeable number of business people to achieve promotions, confidence and more satisfaction.  The more motivated and focussed the people I work with are, the better for me, for them, and for the businesses.

• And a host of other activities.
